Sauma in Northbridge is seeking an experienced and dynamic Venue Manger to join our team. Recently nominated in the Top 50 Venues in WA, Sauma is located in the cultural precinct ofNorthbridge.

This position is best suited for a self-motivatedindividual, who is a natural team leader.

You need to have minimum of 2 years experience ina similar role.

Responsibilities will include:

·Openingand closing the venue

·Trainand manage front of house staff

·Bookingsystems

·Managestaff roster, budgets and wastage

·Functionsand promotions

·StockManagement

·Cashreconciliation

Successful candidate must:

·Hold Approved Managers Card

·Have 2 years in similar of supervisory role in hospitality industry

·Clearand logical approach for operations

·Exceptionalcustomer service skills

·Greatcommunication and presentation

·Agreat team player with problem-solving skill and personality

·Afriendly and open manners with customers and staff

·Beeligible to work in Australia

·Beavailable to work a range of shifts. Weekends and nights are a must.
